Member Protection

Refund policy

If your sitter cancels or doesn't show up, we'll refund your payment in full. You can cancel before the booking starts, or up to 60 minutes after the start time. Contact us within 24 hours after a booking ends if there was an issue, and we'll decide on a refund.

Secure transactions

Your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction. We won't release it to the babysitter until 24 hours after your booking ends, giving you time to reach out if anything went wrong.
