Zaradi narave svojega študija sem pridobila veliko dragocenih izkušenj pri delu z otroki in mladostniki, obenem pa sem razvila poglobljeno razumevanje njihovih razvojnih, čustvenih in socialnih potreb. Verjamem, da so temelj kakovostnega varstva otrok predvsem topel, empatičen, skrben, spoštljiv in potrpežljiv odnos ter sposobnost ustvarjanja varnega in spodbudnega okolja, v katerem se otrok počuti..
